Beautifully constructed villa in the established, well known gated community of Hispaniola Residential. This villa just started renting in 2021! 4bedrooms/4.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, patio w/3 fans, outdoor dining, seating, pool chairs, private pool. and BBQ grill! A/C and WIFI throughout, 52in smart TV’s, wifi extenders, built in nightstand USB ports, walk in closets, in-room safes, iron & ironing boards. The living smart TV is 65 in w/cable, A/C & ceiling fans. Water cooler.

Guest access
This villa is rented as one single home, so the space is yours to enjoy! No sharing with strangers, and if you only need a 3 bedroom don’t pass us by, we can make one bedroom inaccessible and charge you a 3 bed room modified rate. In the meantime all the areas of the home and outside are still yours to enjoy!

Other things to note
Hispaniola is guest friendly, but of course for your safety and that of our neighbors all non registered guest must check in and leave their ID at security until their departure, which really is in your best interest as well.
